Refund Policy

Refunds by Notice Period

Rescheduling
One free reschedule if notified 7 days in advance. From the second time onward, a 10% deposit surcharge applies.
Force Majeure
Storms, floods, lockdown orders: 100% deposit refund regardless of timing. The team bears the logistics risk.
Our Commitment
If we cannot serve (bartender absent, mobile bar broken, etc.): refund 100% of the deposit + compensate 2x the event value.
Receiving & Resolving Complaints

Resolution process:
- Confirm receipt of the complaint within 24 business hours
- Respond with a resolution plan within 72 business hours
If the resolution plan is unsatisfactory, the customer has the right to file a complaint with the competent state authority responsible for consumer rights protection.
