Before you book
How does the quote process work?
Send a quick brief (date, guest count, venue, desired package). Our team reaches out to consult — with a site survey if needed — then sends a detailed quote. Displayed prices are indicative only.
How far in advance should I book a bartender?
For the Essential package we can serve within 48h if a bartender is available. The Signature package needs at least 7 days. The Bespoke package with a custom mobile bar needs 14–21 days to prepare ingredients & branding.
What is included in the price?
Every package includes: the bartender, mobile bar setup, all ingredients (spirits, mixers, ice, garnish, fruit), glassware, bar tools, and inner-city travel. Optional add-ons: extra signature drinks, branded coasters, extended hours, photographer.
Do you issue VAT invoices for businesses?
Yes. We issue a 10% VAT invoice within 24h after the event. Payment by corporate bank transfer, NET 30 for clients with an annual contract.
What happens if a bartender is a no-show?
Every event has an on-call backup bartender. In the rare case we cannot serve, we refund 100% of the deposit plus compensate 2x the event value as committed in the contract.
Do you cover Phu Quoc, Con Dao, Sapa?
Yes. We take destination weddings in Phu Quoc, Nha Trang, Da Lat and Con Dao. Travel & accommodation surcharges for the team are itemized transparently in the quote.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
Cancel >14 days before the event: 100% deposit refund. 7–14 days: 50%. <7 days: no refund, as the team has prepared ingredients & blocked the calendar. One free reschedule if you notify us 7 days ahead.
Can guests request their own signature drink?
Yes. The Signature package includes 2 signature drinks designed with the bartender (via a 1-1 brief). The Bespoke package offers unlimited signature drinks. You can theme drinks around the couple, company branding, or a party theme.
