Curated network

One craft, one ecosystem

This is more than just a place to pick up gigs. Behind every bartender in the network is a complete ecosystem: a pipeline of events from clients and partner venues, a training programme at the Academy, a public profile so clients can book you by name, and a development path written as clear criteria — nothing vague, no empty promises.

Why join

Six reasons to stand with the network

Regular, high-end event gigs

Wedding cocktail hours, corporate galas, brand activations — events booked by clients through the platform and assigned to bartenders in the network based on expertise and availability. You focus on mixing drinks; finding clients, closing contracts and logistics are all handled by the platform.

A clear tier ladder: Standard → Senior → Master

Each tier has public criteria for skills, number of completed events and client reviews. Per-event rates rise with tier — moving up a tier means a pay rise, not a matter of connections or luck.

A public profile — the LinkedIn of bartending

Every bartender has their own profile page on the platform: photos, expertise, certifications, events worked and even a personal recipe notebook. Clients view your profile and book you by name — see real examples on the bartender directory.

Community & masterclasses

An internal channel to discuss recipes, share gigs and swap experience on handling tricky situations. Regular masterclasses with Master-tier bartenders and industry experts — mixology, flair, advanced mixing techniques, and VIP service skills.

Job opportunities at partner venues

Beyond event gigs, partner venues and hotels post full-time / part-time positions directly on the platform. Open positions — with real salaries from the employers — are always kept up to date on the careers page.

Joining process

4 steps from applying to your first gig

1

Create an account

Create a free account on the sign-up page. All you need is an email and phone number — no CV or portfolio required at this stage.

2

Build your profile in the dashboard

Go to your profile dashboard and fill in your expertise, experience, certifications, plus photos and video if you have them. The more complete your profile, the faster the interview round.

3

Interview + skills assessment

The talent team arranges a meeting: a chat about your direction, followed by a hands-on skills test — basic technique, a cocktail of your choice, and handling a guest scenario. Newcomers are assessed on a separate track that prioritises attitude and willingness to learn.

4

Get approved active & take your first gig

Once you meet the bar, your profile is approved as active and assigned a starting tier. You start seeing suitable gigs in the app, set your weekly availability and take your first event — usually alongside a senior bartender to learn the workflow.

Development path

From barback to Master — and beyond

Barback / Junior

The entry point for newcomers or career changers. You help set up the bar, prep ingredients and observe real service — learning on the job. Combine this with foundational courses at the Academy to reach Standard faster. Barback positions at partner venues are posted regularly on the careers page.

Standard

The starting tier once approved active. You run the bar independently for mid-sized events, with a solid command of the classic cocktail menu and the platform service process. Criteria to reach Senior: number of completed events, client review scores and a skills test.

Senior

You take on larger, more demanding events — weddings, corporate galas — at a higher per-event rate than Standard. Seniors can lead a team of 2-3 bartenders, get booked by name through their profile, and start receiving invitations to teach masterclasses.

Master

The top of the domestic ladder: leading flagship events, designing bespoke signature menus for clients, 1-on-1 mentoring for new bartenders and teaching at the Academy. The number of Masters is limited — it is a title you must protect with the quality of every event.

International branch

Alongside the domestic ladder, the Academy offers certification pathways for applying abroad: luxury hotels in the US and international cruise ships. Suited to bartenders who are already skilled and want to work in an international environment — each pathway spells out the certifications required and the steps to apply.

Frequently asked questions

Before you apply

Can I join without any experience?

Yes. The network has a dedicated track for newcomers: start from a barback role at an event or partner venue (see open listings on the careers page), combined with foundational courses at the Academy. The skills test for newcomers assesses attitude and ability to learn, with no prior technique required.

Can I work part-time?

Yes — most event gigs take place in the evenings and on weekends, ideal for people with a main job or who are still studying. You set your own weekly availability in the app; the platform only assigns gigs within the time slots you have opened.

How is pay calculated?

Pay is calculated per event — each gig has a clear rate based on tier and complexity, plus tips from guests (you keep all your tips). We do not promise a fixed figure, because earnings depend on the number of events you take and your current tier. For full-time positions at partner venues, the real salary is listed in each posting on the careers page.

Is joining the network exclusive?

It is a flexible partnership model — many bartenders in the network keep their own bar or hotel job. The specific scope of commitment is discussed clearly during the interview, depending on your direction and the time you have available.

I'm a DJ, can I join?

Yes. The platform also runs a DJ network for events — the joining process is similar. See the DJs currently active on the DJ directory, or apply through the form and note that you are a DJ.

How long until I hear back about my application?

The application form takes about 5 minutes. The talent team responds within 48h to confirm your details and schedule an interview. The whole process from applying to going active usually fits within 1-2 weeks, depending on your schedule.

Ready?

Apply through the 5-minute form — the talent team replies within 48h. Or create an account first to build your profile in the dashboard.
