Terms of Service

1. Service Provider

2. Scope of Services
Provision of bartenders, mobile bars, ingredients, glassware, and insurance for events according to the booked package.
3. Deposit & Payment
- 30% deposit to confirm the booking
- Balance NET 7 (individuals) or NET 30 (businesses with an annual contract)
- 10% VAT invoice issued within 24h after the event
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide the venue, parking, and electricity setup
- Notify any change in the number of guests at least 48h in advance
- Ensure safe setup conditions for the team
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellation >14 days: 100% deposit refund
- Cancellation 7-14 days: 50% refund
- Cancellation <7 days: no refund
- One free reschedule if notified 7 days in advance
6. Quality Commitment
If the bartender cannot serve, we refund 100% of the deposit + compensate 2x the event value. Each event has an on-call backup bartender.
7. Transaction Confirmation
A service booking request submitted through the website is an offer to enter into a contract, not a contract already formed. A contract is only formed after the team contacts the customer to confirm directly and both parties agree on the final quotation; prices displayed on the website are for reference only. Booking information is stored in the system and we send a confirmation to the customer.
