Vision
Raising the standard of the bartending craft in Vietnam
At hotels like Park Hyatt, JW Marriott, or Capella, bartending is a respected profession — with a career path, with standards, with professional honor. We believe Vietnam's bartending profession deserves that standing, not only inside 5-star hotels but at every event: from weddings and corporate galas to private parties at home.
That is why we did not build a listings website. We built a marketplace model on three pillars: curation — only bartenders who pass the selection process get to take events; training — the Academy continuously sharpens skills and standardizes the team; operations — every event runs on SOPs, with a supervisor and a backup plan.
From the original bartender network, the ecosystem has expanded naturally with the needs of clients and of the professionals themselves: bartender network → DJ roster → venue network → Academy → careers. Each piece feeds the others: the Academy creates talent, events create experience, and experience opens up career opportunities.

Application & verification
Every candidate submits a complete professional profile: experience, past workplaces, certifications if any. We verify the information before a profile moves forward — there is no "just say so and you are in."

Skills interview
An interview that digs into the fundamentals: knowledge of base spirits, mixing technique, hygiene and safety, and — equally important — service attitude and the ability to communicate with guests.

Hands-on skills test
Candidates mix drinks live in front of an assessment panel: recipe accuracy, speed, cleanliness of the work area, and the way a finished drink is presented.

SOP training
Passing the skills test is not enough. Every new bartender is trained on our event operations playbook: setup checklists, service standards, situation handling — to 5-star hotel standards.

Post-event review
Curation does not end once you join the network. After every event, bartenders are reviewed by clients and supervisors; the results directly affect tier and the chance to take on the next event.

What you can verify at every event
We do not promise what cannot be measured. These are concrete operational commitments — written into our process and checked at every event:
- On-time setup: the team arrives before the party starts per a checklist, and the bar is signed off before the first guest walks in
- Staffing backup plan: every event has an on-call backup bartender, so your party never depends on a single individual
- Traceable ingredients: spirits, mixers, and garnishes sourced through a controlled supply chain, properly stored all the way to the bar
- Incident handling process: a supervisor stays on top of the whole event, and issues are handled by SOP instead of improvised on a whim
- Post-event transparency: two-way sign-off, a full VAT invoice, and your review directly affects the bartender's tier
